Shipping & Returns
Our store undertakes to ship the items ordered within 48 hours following validation of the order(no orders are processed on Saturdays and Sundays).
A shipping confirmation e-mail, including the tracking number, will be sent to you when your order is on its way.

We process the orders you place quickly, generally within 12 hours. For this reason, you have 12 hours after placing the order to send a Cancellation or modification email to contact@bemybabee.com. After this time, your items will have already been shipped, so we will not be able to modify your order.
Despite our rigorous selection of reliable carriers, it is possible that your package arrives damaged. Contact us at contact@bemybabee.com, and our team will come back to you to replace the defective item or offer you a refund.
No worries! You can return your item to us up to 14 days after receipt. Contact us at contact@bemybabee.com, and our team will get back to you with the return arrangements.
